The house is 4 years young and all the appliances are new. There is a washer & dryer in the garage. There are 2.5 restroom. The two rooms share a restroom. The house is perfect for college students and young professionals, b/c it is right near central Houston and has all the appliances for a great price.

The room can be furnished at no extra charge! The size of the room is 12 X 11 with a medium size closet!
