This 2.5 year old townhome is located in a secluded cul-de-sac of a small gated community near Hayes and Meadowglen (off Westheimer). This community is safe and quiet while also offering convenient access to West Park Tollway and Beltway-8. All utilities are included.

Home features a large kitchen with refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher; upstairs laundry room with washer/dryer; two car attached garage and convenient off-street parking.

The room includes miniblinds and a walk-in closet. Furniture including queen size bed can be added for rent of $525 a month.

Bathroom would be shared with only one other roommate maximum. Owner lives in the master bedroom.

All utilities paid (electricity, gas, water, high-speed internet, and trash). Trash is picked up twice a week. Recycling containers are also provided as I believe we should all do our part in minimizing waste.

If you need to hold the room for a later date, I will require a security deposit ($250 for unfurnished or $300 for furnished) and the first month’s rent. If you later decide to back out, the security deposit will be refunded but the rent will be forfeited.

Prefer single, mature working professional or student. Sorry, no children and no pets. No smoking inside. Prefer someone who is clean, respectable and responsible.
