We have a beautiful 3 story home with a private room for you to rent. You will get your very own private restroom/bathroom and a walk-in closet.

Your rent includes all utilities, hi-speed internet, cable, and all the amenities of the complex.
We have a resort style swimming pool, state-of-the-art fitness center, and a billiards room.
We also have a business center with computers, printer and fax machines available for your school work if you do not already have a computer.
Currently one occupant attends University of Houston and Houston Community College.
NOTICE: We do allow smoking, but only outside of the house.
