Homestay message
Hi. I am a divorced Nigerian woman with a single room in my three bedroom house in Mission Bend. The house needs some work and I am currently in the process of dealing with some plumbing issues and getting other minor work done. But, the available bedroom is neat and it has a full sized bed (if you need it).
My 24 year old son is between apartments right now and is staying with me temporarily in the other spare bedroom, but he is seldom home and will not be a bother.
I prefer someone who is single (without pets or too many hangers-on), trust worthy, and has verifiable income. if you are a non-smoker great, if you smoke, be willing to go outside the house to smoke.
If you are looking for somewhere right away (perhaps you are an international student or short on cash) this is an ideal living situation for you.
The $250 includes the cost of your room and your share of utilities. You have access to the kitchen and one of two bathrooms (yours is located right outside your room which is also near the garage and front door). The room has its own decent sized closet with some storage space and is big enough to fit a television, dresser, stereo and any other small items you would like to add.
Feel free to come and stay for 1 month, 2 months or longer, if you like. I will ask for $500 upon move in (first and last month) and and then $250 cash or money order at the end of every month.
