About the area:
Quiet friendly safe neighborhood just minutes from NASA, San Jac College, Armand Bayou, and Beltway 8/I-45 Junction. Convenient shopping (Wal-mart, Target, Lowes, Home Depot, Kroger, etc) nearby. Hiking and Walking Trails surround the area.

Ground Rules:
Must get along with dogs as I have two very friendly loving large dogs. Must maintain orderly and clean common areas. Non-smoker. $250 deposit fully refundable upon moveout assuming no damages and two week notice given.

Townhouse/Amenities:
Open floorplan layout: Downstairs - Main Living area, Dining, Kitchen, Master Suite; Upstairs - 3 bedrooms (2 occupied), Full Bathroom (shared), and Lofted Game Room/Den. Utilities included are Comcast Digital Cable/Wi-fi Internet, Natural Gas, Electricity, Water, and Trash. Full access to Laundry and Kitchen common areas.

About Me:
I am a 25 yr old young professional working for a NASA contractor. My girlfriend lives in Baytown and occasionally visits on the weekend. We both like to stay busy whenever possible, very easy going and tend to get along with most people.
