My name is Phil, and I have a room for rent. It is in the SW section of Houston, and near all major highways. It is a townhouse with 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, living room, dinning room, kitchen, laundry ,and small patio. Parking is included in the rent, as is all other expenses, except food. Rent is $500.00 per month inclusive, on a month to month basis. There is a 200.00 deposit.
The room would be great for visiting student, professor, or just plain working person. Roommate should be male, straight or gay, working or student. I, however am retired, and have been for some time. call 7137235345
