Homestay message
Myself-I am Conrad Ege, a home-owner of a four bedroom house in Missouri City, Texas a suburb of Houston located 10 minutes from University of Houston-Victoria Sugar Land Campus, 15 minutes from Rice University and Houston Baptist University, 20 minutes from Saint Thomas University, 25 minutes from University of Houston (Main Campus) and Texas Southern University, and 30 minutes from University of Houston-Downtown.
My House-I occupy the first floor bedroom in the house, I have another tenant in one room of the second floor of my house, and two other rooms available on that floor. I have one room available for $500 and another available for $700, the $700 room is larger and has a larger window view than that of the $500 room. Rent includes the tenants' share of the gas, electric, water, wireless internet, cable, alarm system, maid service, and house phone service. The neighborhood in which the house is located is primarily a single family residential community with several stay at home college students. The renters will have full access to the main areas of the house which include the kitchen, laundary room, living room, dining room, and television at no extra cost.
Potential Tenants-I would prefer a student who is over the age of 21 who has completed their second year of undergraduate or is currently in graduate school. There will be a $200 fee assessed as both a security deposit and a background check on the prospective renter. As far as international students are concerned, the neighborhood in which the house is located is very diverse and has families from China, Nigeria, India, Pakistan, Kenya, Mexico, and other such countries thus giving the international students a feeling of welcome. I am welcoming any tenant who fits the above listed criteria, will pay the respective rents of $500 and $700 every month and has a successful background check.
