Young-ish couple looking to rent out furnished bedroom in their house. Room has a side table and queen-size bed. There is ample closet space and there is wireless internet throughout the house.

And as we will mostly be using the bathroom in the master bedroom, tenant will essentially have private bathroom. Tenant will have their own off-street parking place in driveway. Tenant will have reasonable television, Washer/Dryer and complete Kitchen privileges.

Friendly neighborhood and not too far from the Medical Center and the Galleria.

The room is available immediately, but rentals beginning June 1st are okay, too. Rent is $600 (and that's ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED). $400 security deposit is required.

YOU:
Male or Female. Ideally a medical or university student (but this isn't a must). Respectful, self-sufficient, clean and quiet-ish. You don't need to be super-super quiet, but CANNOT be a partier. NO parties.

US:
Husband is graduate student at Uof H, Wife is a medical research [ --- censored --- ]yst. We're generally a jolly sort, but we will very much respect your privacy and will stay out of your hair. Oh, and we have two pleasant daughters..the older on is very friendly-- the younger one will pretty much ignore you.

Look forward to hearing from you!
