my husband & I have a beautiful 5 bedroom home in Katy, TX. We have 2 rooms avalible for rent, each room has a private bath. The rent is 600.00 a month per room all bills paid. We have 2 dogs but they stay ouside most of the time. We are fun easy going ppl. My husband works on cars & motorcycles, so there is always something going on out in the garage. We will do a back ground check on all tenants . Please respound & we can talk more
