I am an easy-going, non-smoking 36 year- old, professional male who is in need of inexpensive housing that is convenient to the Medical Center and Universities while finishing my second degree.

I am a Registered Respiratory Therapist, and Business student (degree will be completed in ~ 1.5 years).

Your privacy and comfort is important to me and I hope that I can expect the same.

I do work from home often--high speed internet access is essential-- however, I can usually make alternative arrangements if this is not feasible with advance notice.

I enjoy healthy habits and enjoy some privacy when at home.
